Guije.com is a Web site about Cuba and the Cuban people; it is not exclusively for Cubans and everyone who whishes to visit is welcome. This site, which was “Una Cultura Sacrificada” (A Sacrificed Culture) in Damisela.com, was created to present some details of the Cuban culture which for some reason many of us do not remember or never knew.

It is not our interest to deal with politics. We do have our personal opinion in this respect, but we believe it does not belong here.

Due to the Cuban language being Spanish, much reference will be done to manuscripts in this language. We will try to provide an introduction in English, and eventually translate some of them.
